    The beginning

    Apex Rolls is established, initially specialising in the manufacture of fibre bearings, fibre keys, nylon pads and other industrial components.

    Entering roll manufacturing

    Expansion into roll manufacturing — an important step toward becoming a specialised industrial roll manufacturer.

    A new chapter

    A strategic restructuring welcomes Surinder Kaur as Managing Director, ushering in a new phase of growth, development and long-term vision.

    Expanding manufacturing capabilities

    Advanced shaping technology joins the machine shop, enabling a broader range of precision manufacturing requirements.

    Entering CNC machining

    The first CNC machine arrives — a significant advancement in accuracy, efficiency and production capacity.

    Advancing machining capabilities

    A dedicated boring machine is added, enhancing the ability to undertake more complex and precision-focused machining operations.

    Expanding roll-machining capacity

    Machining capability is extended to rolls up to 20 feet in length, significantly increasing the scale and range of projects undertaken.

    Scaling for the future

    The workshop expands again and a second CNC machine is commissioned — more production capacity and better operational connectivity across facilities.
